At Accurate Settlement Agency in Middletown Township, New Jersey, Ms. Conroy focused on clearing real property title issues. Her work involved identifying liens, reviewing public records for errors, resolving boundary and description disputes, and addressing problems involving missing heirs or improperly recorded documents.

Between 2017 and 2019, Ms. Conroy worked as a title reviewer with Accurate Title Agency, LLC, in Clark, NJ. In this role, she reviewed property searches and legal descriptions for real estate transactions. She assisted with resolving title matters involving discharges, subordinations, tax sale certificates, and insurance documentation.
